Meet Danny...

Im Danny, the guitarist in Breach.
I'm 34 and I'm from Leicester originally, although I have lived in Derby for the last ten years. I live with my fiancé Gemma (getting married next month!) and our two crazy kids. I'm a lorry driver by trade, but I'd give it up in a heartbeat if/when my music career starts to pay all the bills πŸ€ͺ
Ive been playing guitar since I was 15, and I also like to write and record all different kinds of music in my spare time.

10 Q U E S T I O N S

Q1. What is your favourite song Breach plays?

Without a doubt for me, it's our Lenny Kravitz medley!

Q2. What is your favourite song Breach doesn't play?

I'm a massive Incubus fan, so I'd perhaps pick Certain Shade of Green by them

Q3. Who influences you the most?

Actually two of my biggest guitar influencers these days are YouTube guitarists Rob Chapman And Rabea Massaad! They are both fantastic musicians and I try to incorporate a lot of their styles into my own.

Q4. Who is your all time favourite artist?

Incubus... end of!

Q5. Do you have a favourite gig?

Definitely the Silverstone events we've been fortunate enough to be a part of recently. Huge appreciative crowds, and it's been the closest thing I've ever felt to being full on rock star πŸ˜‚

Q6. What is your pre-gig routine?

Basically spending as much time with my family as I can, before loading the car and heading out, as weekends can be very busy for us and there's always so much to get done πŸ˜

Q7. Any other hobbies besides rocking out in Breach?

As mark said, we are both into the vaping culture, but I also enjoy producing music at home and working on various bits of artwork in photoshop. Failing that, a bit of me time on the Xbox never goes amiss πŸ€£

Q8. What would be your dream gig?

Headlining a festival like Download, and having a sea of people singing your songs with you! call.

Q9. If you could see any band this weekend, past or present, who would it be?

I wish I'd been old enough to attend the original live aid. Queen specifically, but that whole event looked amazing!

Q10. Where do you see the band in 2 years time?

Hopefully still doing what we do best, rocking out as often as we can at all the best venues the UK has to offer! We constantly add new songs so who knows what we could be playing in two years time, and that's pretty exciting!
